The hotel boasts very central location near city centre. All the staff members are attentive and amiable.

Good and perfect location - so close to the Malacca waterfront, and Jonker Street and the Red Church. Delicious meals with hot drinks.

We got 3 nights in this incredibly beautiful hotel, truly enjoyed it. Our deluxe double room was equipped with clean linen, kettle and 2 single beds. Very informative and affable staff, they helped us a lot.

Big size hotel with incredibly nice breakfast and attentive staff. Particularly good location with parking outside. Tourist area next to The Shore and good eateries. Really had fine stay for 2 nights.

The breakfast had a great selection of cheap food and drinks. The room with 2 single beds. The most important was the staff - very informative and helpful people. Its location was very central, not too far from a double - storey temple.

Everything was simply good. The property was beautiful and comfortable. Units with queen bed. The staff were really friendly and attentive and gave us good recommendations. The location was marvellous and easy - ease of access to Jonker Street.

Spacious room, large bed, private parking, clean, no weird smells, hot shower works great.

The hotel is very newly opened and most of the stuff are up to my expectation. The price is reasonable for its room type and cleanliness. I got a room facing the main road but given the fact that Malacca is a town, it was not as noisy as what others have described.

Unfortunately my room has a strange smell whenever I switched off the aircon when I leave the room. It goes away quite quickly but for those who are particular about smell, it might turn you off. The other thing is that the breakfast is really not good at all. But since you are in Malacca, you probably better off do breakfast in the Jonker Street. The shower head is placed behind the door and the whole area in the room becomes wet if you do not close the door properly. Lastly, the walk to Jonker Street is quite far, do choose a inn in Jonker Street area if you are not intending to walk too much.

budget hotel, better than what I imagined it to be given the cheap room rates.

the room was facing the main road and very noisy at night. the showerhead was also placed at a weird location, right beside the bathroom door, with no curtain or separation.

I chose this hotel for attending a conference and I was impressed with the facilities and services. The location was excellent, close to historic districts and with plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the shower pressure was good. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The only drawback was the unreliable wireless connection on the second floor. It would frequently disconnect and take a while to reconnect.

It was surely a fantastic stay for a vacation. Had good sleep at the deluxe twin room with 2 single beds.

A decent size room and nice bathroom with a shower, hair dryers and a bidet. Easy, marvellous location in Malacca, really close to the Restaurant, and the centre of town.
